Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs upon arrival.
Scheduling & Access
Customers agree to provide safe, clear access to all service areas at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service if conditions are unsafe.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We prefer payment by check but may accept other forms of payment.
Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
